It’s 1954, and vicar and consultant sleuth Sidney Chambers is preparing for his busiest time of the year – and being busy is good, because the love of his life, Amanda (now estranged from her husband) is back and living nearby with her aunt, so Sidney needs all the distraction he can get.
“Expect snow, carols, turkeys, some dodgy Christmas jumpers, more snow, a little heartbreak, and a lot of Christmas cheer!” teases James Norton, who plays the lovelorn clergyman. “Sidney’s role is the same…
