As the horrifying nature of Bex’s distress is discovered by her family, there’s surely no question that her father Martin must come out of hiding.
He and wife Stacey have been on the run, as Ben knows that it was Stacey who was responsible for Phil’s attack. And while Kat has claimed the couple are visiting Stacey’s brother Sean, in reality they’ve been lying low to avoid police questioning.
However, recent reports have revealed that James Bye, who plays Martin, has been back on the EastEnders set following the birth of his third son, Hugo. Meanwhile, Lacey Turner (Stacey) is currently on maternity leave after giving birth to daughter Dusty, but has made a brief return to film a handful of scenes.
