Prince Albert of Monaco is furthering the work of his late mother, Princess Grace (née Kelly), by supporting young talent through the Princess Grace Foundation-USA. On Oct. 23 the royal, 66, stepped out in New York City for the Princess Grace Awards 40th Anniversary Gala. Since Albert’s late father, Prince Rainier, first held the event in 1984, the foundation has distributed more than $19 million to over 900 emerging artists in theater, dance and film, fulfilling a mission that was important to Grace before her death in 1982. “It’s a long road to success in the arts, and it’s a struggle.
