Every morning, just before she opens her front door, Izzy Judd makes sure to take a moment to pause and breathe. It’s one of many mindfulness techniques she’s learned to help her stay calm, despite the inevitable challenges of caring for two toddlers.
“I use the front door as a trigger,” she tells Closer. “After a stressful morning getting the children ready and remembering all our things, there’s a moment at the door when I remind myself to take a mindful pause. It prepares me for the next step in my day.”
