Jane Hoskyn may not approve (see page 10), but Google Calendar has been updated with a new feature that lets you set personal self-improvement goals. These are divided into five categories: Exercise, ‘Build a skill’, ‘Family & friends’, ‘Me time’ and ‘Organise my life’.
Open the Calendar app (Android www.snipca.com/20272; iOS www.snipca.com/20273), tap the red ‘+’ icon at the bottom right, then tap the new Goal option. You’ll see two categories (see screenshot below left, scroll down for the other three). Tap Exercise to see a range of options (including Walk, Run, Yoga, ‘Work out’).
