STEP 1
Click the Insert tab 1, move your cursor to ‘Header and Footer’ at the bottom, Header, then select Default Style. Next, click the Insert tab, select Image 2, then navigate to and select your logo to add it. You can now resize and reposition it 3.

To add personal details to your footer, click the Insert tab again, move your cursor to ‘Header and Footer’ 1, select Footer, then Default Style 2. Click inside the Footer area, then type your club's details as you want them to appear 3. You can then adjust its font size and alignment.
