IT WAS history repeating itself for a Merebank father after police officers allegedly entered his home without a search warrant, and accused him of selling drugs and alcohol.
The 41-year-old man, who lives with his wife, 39, and four children, three of whom are minors, said this was not the first time he had been harassed by police.
He said he had previously taken the minister of police to court for two similar incidents and won.
The man, together with his wife, who was also acting on behalf of their minor children, pursued civil action against the minister for R800 000 in damages, following two incidents in 2019 and 2020.
