Denise Richards’ divorce took a shocking turn on July 16 as she requested a restraining order against her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, and accused him of physically abusing her throughout their six-year marriage. In court documents obtained by Us, Richards, 54, alleged that Phypers, 52, would “violently” choke and slap her, gave her “at least three concussions” and “regularly threatened” to “break [her] jaw” and “kill” her.
